How SCENRI Works

Three steps take a memorial from preparation to the family's keepsake.

1. Prepare the person and the memorial

Staff enter the obituary and service details in People, then add a portrait. This information is prepared once and reused wherever it is shared.

2. Assign a screen and save the schedule

In People > Edit information, continue to Next: Screen & guest book to assign the memorial to a screen and set when it should display. Choosing Save draft and close keeps changes for review without updating the live display; choosing Save and update display pushes it to the assigned screen. The guest book's closing date and time is set separately from when the display itself stops.

3. Guests scan, staff review and send the keepsake

Guests scan a QR code at the display to read the obituary or sign the private guest book. Messages remain private to authorized funeral-home staff and the family. Staff review the entries, confirm the recipient, and send the family a keepsake PDF.

SCENRI runs on iPads, Windows computers connected to TVs, and Android browser devices. We recommend checking your specific device and browser before rollout at your location.
