Questions

How do we get set up?

Setup is invitation-based. After a demo, we create accounts for your staff so they can start preparing memorials.

Who can see guest messages?

Guest book messages remain private to authorized funeral-home staff and the family. They are not shown publicly.

Does the display link work in a browser?

Yes. The display runs in a browser on the assigned device, whether that is an iPad, a Windows computer connected to a TV, or an Android browser device.

Does the display work without internet?

A display that has already synchronized can show saved content offline, but it needs an initial connection to synchronize, and any new updates need an internet connection to reach the screen.
