How do I edit a person's details?

Go to People > Edit information. Update the obituary or service details, continue to Next: Screen & guest book, then choose Save and update display.

Where do I rename a display screen?

Go to Screens > Rename screen so staff can identify it when assigning memorials.

What is the difference between a draft and Save and update display?

Choosing Save draft and close keeps your changes for review without updating the live display. Choosing Save and update display pushes the schedule to the assigned screen.

Who can see the private display link?

The display link stays private. It is intended for the assigned screen and authorized staff, not for public sharing.

If the display ends, does the guest book close too?

No. Closing the guest book is independent of the display's end time. Staff close the guest book separately when it is time to stop accepting messages.

Does the display work offline?

A display that has already synchronized can show saved content offline, but it needs an initial internet connection to synchronize, and any new updates require an internet connection to reach the screen.

How do I reset my password?
